BBC broadcasts Olympics live - for the moment only in UK

source: BBC Sports
Here's a interesting bit of technology news for UK viewers. Taking a step ahead in serving the new broadband consumers, BBC has started conducting trial runs of its Trial Multicat network (see: A better way to watch the Olympics ). This network has been put together in conjunction with several participating ISPs (see details).

Due to rights restriction, this broadcast is limited only to the UK. However, plans to release this to non-UK citizens are being worked out. Check out the BBC Olympics sports page to see your favourite sport in action.
