With new innovations making life faster and easier - the world seems to be getting to be a better place to live in (right?). With travel increasingly becoming a routine part of life, switching off mobile phones on planes can become a slight incovenience (i know a lot many would disagree).

for those who agree, here's some good news. The Plan maker Airbus has been experimenting in ways that this can be countered. The reason why mobile phones need to be switched off is because they interfere with navigation equipments. Airbus says that by 2006 its airplanes will have technology on board that would allow cell-phones to remain on.
