I ran into this BBC News article talking about three sisters who have given birth at ages 12, 14 and 16. Personally, i found it quite shocking. Their mother goes on to blame their schools for not providing them with sex education!Well, Mrs william - i dont see you saying anything about the education you were supposed to give them - virtues?
