Pop princess Kylie diagnosed with breast cancer.

Kylie was one of the 30 australians to find out yesterday that she had breast cancer. It is said that breast cancer in her age bracket (she's 36) is not that common. She follows a number of high-profile young australian women to be diagnosed with the condition - Belinda Emmett, Jane McGrath and Olivia Newton John.

Breast cancer is the most common cause of cancer-related death in women in Australia, according to the National Breast Cancer Centre. Doctors feel that kylie will be giving a face to breast cancer statistics and perhaps help raise awareness.
