Another blow for the Indian call-center business.

Here's a bit of bad news for the call center business. The UK News paper, The Sun, exposed a racket within an Indian call-center by buying the details of thousands of UK banking accounts, password particulars, credit cards numbers from an call-center agent.

I guess it's important for these foreign companies to decide first, in which location/state one needs to start a call center - background check!

I think thats what the companies who open these call centre's are paid to do :(
