I have been reading a
recent post on boingboing about some who wrote a program (ok, a script) to grab
real-time disruption maps of the london tube railway. His conclusion - its fully avialable only about 22% of the time. I dont endorse neither criticize his claims, but thats quite a shocking figure. Here's an
